The article highlights the new Dominican saints, Pier Giorgio Frassati and Bartolo Longo, both from the Lay branch of the Order. They epitomise the Dominican ideal: contemplata aliis tradere. By uniting intense contemplation (Rosary, Eucharist) with zealous active service (social justice, works of mercy), they offer a powerful, contemporary model for the laity in sanctifying the secular world.
