The Justice and Peace Commission within the Dominican Province of St. Pius V organized a half-day retreat at the Annunciation retreat house in Rabat. For this retreat various Dominican brothers from across the Dominican communities in Malta joined through video conferencing or in person along with some Dominican lay people.
Mr. Randolph Spiteri, Deputy Director of the Kordin Correctional Facility, delivered the conference.
